
Dreamin’ Man consists of acoustic solo performances of the songs from Young’s 1992 album Harvest Moon recorded live on tour in 1992. Originally scheduled for a November 2nd release, it will be released on CD on December 8th and on vinyl on January 17, 2010. The full album is now streaming on Neil Young fansite Trasher’s Wheat.
Dreamin’ Man is part of Neil Young’s Archives Performance Series, and is labeled as “Volume 12” despite only being the fifth to be released. The previous releases of the Performance Series are Volume 00: Sugar Mountain – Live at Canterbury House 1968 (released in 2008), Volume 01: Live at the Riverboat 1969 (released in 2009 as part of Neil Young’s Archives Vol. 1), Volume 02: Live at Fillmore East (released in 2006) and Volume 03: Live at Massey Hall 1971 (released in 2007).

Neil Young’s much-delayed Archives, Volume 1 box set will finally be released via Warner Bros. on June 1st. The lavish 10-disc set, available in Blu-Ray (retailing for $299), DVD ($199), and CD ($99) versions, features every studio album Young recorded with Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young, and solo, as well as rarities and live tracks, from his earliest work in 1963 through his peak commercial years, 1972′s Harvest era. Neil Young has unveiled the video for his newest single entitled ‘Cough Up The Bucks’, which will be on his upcoming album ‘Fork in the Road’.
Much like his previous video for the title track it centers around Neil; but this time acting as a high-powered businessman in the back of a limousine reading The Wall Street Journal and singing into a cell phone.
