NYC July Fourth Partay

MOMS are playing at Union Pool, corner of Union & Meeker, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, for an “Indie-pendence (ouch, sorry) Day Party” at 3 P.M. on July 4. Some cheap drinks, lotsa bands, and probably alot of dancing. Not a bad way to celebrate your freedom.

Photos From SXSW

I had the great opportunity to play with The Wailing Wall at this past SXSW. Next year, with all luck, an Amazing Wow showcase. It was a blast but I got pretty unrepresentative pictures. The street was crowded:

Akron/Family’s dancing was take it or leave it:

Artist lounge had free beer, which Chris was in disbelief from:

Women destroyed Mohawk’s:

Barn Owl sludged up the Not Not Fun Showcase:

And the Dirty Projectors blew my mind as usual:

Overall, Billy Corgan is pretty entertaining. He's Gob Bluth, but real life!
