In anticipation of Wilco’s upcoming LP, entitled Wilco (The Album) (due out June 30th on Nonesuch), we’ve compiled a live album preview for the release. Essentially, it’s a collection of live recordings of songs that will appear on the album that have been performed live by both Wilco and Jeff Tweedy at solo shows. We’d like to thank the users of the Via Chicago forum for making many of the mp3s and lyrics included in this compilation available. Enjoy.

Here we go again! In the same vein as Merriweather Post Pavilion, we’ve decided to make a live album preview for Grizzly Bear’s forthcoming Veckatimest, due out on May 26th on Warp Records.

We’ve compiled all of the live recordings of all available songs that will appear on Veckatimest. Although technically only four tracks have been played live, we’ve managed to find a small few gems that we think that you’ll enjoy.

Earlier this week, Animal Collective unveiled the details of their ninth LP entitled Merriweather Post Pavilion. In anticipation of the album, our staff has compiled the best sounding live recording (aka bootlegs) of tracks that will be featured on the album, as well as the possible future B-sides which didn’t make the album.
